Why I started BuzzAerial for real estate

I spent more than 20 years in marketing, sales, and brand strategy — including CMO and creative director roles. I know what makes a buyer stop scrolling and what makes an agent win the next listing presentation.

FPV video shows what a photo never can: how the rooms connect, how the light moves through the house, how the yard opens up from the kitchen. One continuous flight from the street through every room and out to the yard does that in 60 to 180 seconds.

I build my own drones and have flown FPV for over 10 years. Applying that to real estate in San Diego County is the obvious move. I started BuzzAerial in 2026 to do exactly that.

One person does every part of the job

I am BuzzAerial. I check the airspace for your address, plan the route, fly the shoot, edit the footage, and send the download link. Nothing goes through a middleman.

Every shoot runs 9 am to 3 pm in daylight. I walk the route first, move anything fragile, and watch the finished flight with you before I leave. If a take is not right, I fly it again on the spot.

Files are delivered in 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 within 48 hours for the FPV Tour — all three formats, no extra charge.

Credentials and coverage

The free re-fly guarantee

If you do not love the flight, I come back and re-fly it at no charge. Weather or airspace problems that move the shoot date cost nothing to reschedule. The $100 deposit holds your shoot day; the rest is due on delivery.

Real estate photographers who want to add FPV to their packages at the partner rate — $295 per listing up to 3,000 sq ft, delivered unbranded within 48 hours. I fly before or after your photo shoot, typically 1 to 2 hours on site. I never contact your agents or market to them.
