How FPV compareswith other listing videos
An FPV (first-person view) fly-through is a real estate video filmed by a small drone that flies through the home in one continuous shot, from the street, through the front door and every room, out to the backyard. The pilot flies it through video goggles, seeing exactly what the camera sees. BuzzAerial flies them for real estate listings across San Diego County.

What should you ask before you book a fly-through?
Plenty of listing videos are called fly-throughs. These five questions tell you what you are getting.
Is it one continuous flight, or drone clips joined in editing?
One take, from the street through every room and out to the yard. That is what shows buyers how the home connects.
Is the pilot FAA Part 107 certified and insured?
Yes, both. You can ask for the certificate and the insurance before the shoot.
What flies inside the home?
Small drones built for indoors, with propeller guards. I walk the route first and move anything fragile.
Are the vertical and square versions included?
Yes. 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 come with every package, at no extra cost.
What if a take isn’t right?
We watch the footage together on site. If a take isn’t right, I fly it again before I leave, with the path or speed corrected.
